Planning a teepee sleepover party? I’ve answered some of the most common questions below to help you feel confident and excited about your booking.

From setup and packages to delivery and age suitability, here’s everything you need to know before the big night. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, feel free to get in touch — I’m always happy to help.

What do the guests need to bring?

Just a pillow and sleeping bag!

What size is the bed set up per child and in a room?

One tent stand alone is 180L x 135H x 0.90W and an area of 3m x 4m is needed for a set of 6, when placing them opposite each other.

Do you charge for delivery service?

The pickup and delivery are free if they are within 15km from Holland Park, however if the delivery location is further, or if you are booking for less than 4, an additional travel fee from $35 will be charged.

Is there a deposit required?

A minimum of $100 deposit is required to secure your booking and will be taken off your full booking costs when you pay the rest.

Do I need to wash the linen and fabric supplies?

There is no need to wash anything. That is part of the hire service.

What age do you cater for?

Our teepee sleepover parties are perfect for kids from 6-16 years old.

How much extra is it if I don’t want to do the set up myself?

You can find information regarding this on our packages and pricing page.

When does the hire equipment get delivered?

We will deliver and pick up between Friday and Monday during the hours of 9am to 5pm. Please specify your preferences during your booking, eg. drop off Saturday afternoon and pick up Sunday morning.

Do you hire on school holidays?

Yes, we do. Please reach out to arrange several weeks in advance as we may have prior engagements to attend to.
